Music, as a special unit of art, which has healing and spiritual origins in its essence. In the narratives, fairy tales, myths and legends of almost all peoples, music has power to confront and transform monsters, defeat the death, and even the gods could compete with mortals through this art.
Music influances our mood and feelings: it excites, activates, increases aggression, makes us sad or happy, calms us down depending on the melodic and rythmical arrangement of the piece. Some songs are performed with claps, steps, body percussion, or instrumental accompaniment.
There are separate rhythmic exercises that sound independenttly from the song. Doing these exercises can start very easily and then gradually become more difficult. The complication should be smooth, without causing stress in a person, it should only require concentration, which is connected with the feeling of joy.
It is very important to listen to and perform classical music, even in an adapted form. Classical music, in its form and content already carries a healing element, is not tied to specific national beginnings, the texts are in different languages, and all this arouses the feeling of a world citizen in a modern person.
